CORE & RELEASE SESSION – 12 SEPTEMBER – 10 – 11AM
(Pool Deck in Front of Lobby)
Just as the skin forms one continuous external container for your body, fascia forms one continuous internal container for your muscles and vital organs. While it’s easy to monitor and treat damage (cuts, tears and scars) to your own skin, managing damage to your own fascia and muscles has traditionally been more difficult. However, The Fit BarTM now provides foam rollers for self-management of your muscles and fascia (myofascia). Myofascial release using The Fit BarTM foam rollers empowers users to care for their internal health with the same ease as they care for their own skin. Similar to bathing, daily myofascial release will overcome disease and promote fitness. The increased flexibility and circulation which myofascial release provides, will improve every part of life, from exercise to mental acuity.
